Trailer Hopping : In the Land of Blood and Honey

Making a movie about the Bosnian War is a great way for Angelina Jolie to push her political agendas, but I'm not sure many people will want to see this movie. Foreign movies generally don't seemed to be a big hit in the US, unless it has an element of surprise or humor, like Life is Beautiful. The movie looks too dry and depressing, with no light at the end of the tunnel; it makes feeling the love between these two people harder to fathom. The trailer has too many scenes flashed too quickly on screen that it's difficult to gauge what's happening. There are plenty of controversy surrounding the war that she may be better off making it as a Michael Moore style controversial documentary.
