'Marvel's The Avengers' To Close Tribeca Film Festival

The Avengers – "Marvel's The Avengers" will close the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival on April 28th, it was announced today. The film -- directed by Joss Whedon and starring an impressive gang in Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth and Samuel L. Jackson -- will open in theaters just under a week later on May 4th.
