Sylvester Stallone News

Review: 'The Expendables 3' is the Most Brainless Fun of the Series The Expendables 3 is so adorable you'd want to pinch its little cheeks if the average age of the crew weren't higher than 50. Once again lead by Sylvester Stallone's Barney Ross it's a new mission, a new team, and a new attitude, or so the tagline for this latest film implies. That new attitude must have something to do with entertainment, since The Expendables 3, for its been-there-done-that narrative and paint-by-numbers action set-pieces, ends up as the most enjoyable.

This summer, Barney Ross is going to have to account for his past sins. An old friend has become a new enemy, and its up to Ross and his merry band of mercenaries to hunt down and save a group of new recruits. Will these 10 men be up to the task? Watch as Sylvester Stallone is issued a new mission in the latest TV spot from The Expendables 3, which pits him against longtime big screen rival Mel Gibson. It's their last ride!

Kellan Lutz
We all know that most famous actors are shorter in person. It’s movie magic, even the biggest action heroes are normal height, except for The Rock and Clint Eastwood. They really are giants, but they’re not Expendables. The cast of Stallone’s all star films grows in Expendables 3, including Twilight and Legend of Hercules’s Kellan Lutz.
