‘A Good Marriage’ Trailer: Stephen King Adapts His Own Murderous Novella A Good Marriage is based on Stephen King‘s novella from the Full Dark, No Stars collection, and it’s the first King screenplay to hit the big screen in a long time. The film stars Joan Allen, Anthony LaPaglia, Kristen Connolly, and Stephen Lang in a story about a woman who discovers that her perfect, loving husband is in fact a serial killer. Nice concept, but this first A Good Marriage trailer shows that it might falter in the execution. Check it out below. So… yeah.

This weekend offers quite the variety of films—an action-thriller that jumpstarts a long-dormant franchise, a campy cop buddy comedy, a zany animated family film, and a found-footage horror flick. Pretty much none of it was well-received, but if you’re not picky, there’s something for everybody out in theaters this weekend.

Stephen Lang, who plays Colonel Miles Quaritch in Avatar, will return to play the same character in all three Avatar sequels, Fox announces in a release (via Deadline.) His character (seemingly) died in the first movie, so his return opens up the possibility that other characters may be back as well -- like Sigourney Weaver's Dr.
