Are moviegoers ready for another Spider-Man movie? And not just any Spider-Man movie, but one that retells the origin story of how Peter Park became the web slinger. I'll save you the suspense: the answer is yes. The Amazing Spider-Man opened on Tuesday, just a day before the Fourth of July holiday, to the tune of $35 million at the box office and has made a total of $75 million after Thursday.
