Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Eyeing a $130M-$150M Domestic Debut If this previous weekend and Solo: A Star Wars Story under performing is that there really isn’t a sure thing at the box office right now. People are still throwing out estimates for the big movies of the summer and one of the big ones coming up is Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. The first movie opened with a huge $208.8 million nearly double the lowest projection that experts originally made. It went on to make over a billion at the worldwide box office. Deadline is reporting that Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is looking at making $130-$150 million domestically.

We’re a little over a month away from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, so that means it’s time for some marketing. In the last week or so we’ve seen two TV spots. The first one is a bit uninteresting and features a lot of the footage from the island parts of the movie that we’ve already seen. The second is a bit more intriguing, since it features Jeff Goldblum as Ian Malcolm’s testimony talking about we’ve changed the world.

A gigantic dinosaur head snapping its jaws isn’t the sort of thing we’d like to see first thing in the morning (especially after that time we got drunk and woke up in bed with a pterodactyl – talk about morning breath), but Bleeding Cool roving ace reporter Denzel Eslinger is snapping photos from the show floor at Cinemacon, and he captured exactly that in the form of this new Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom standee.
