It’s been nearly two decades since the untimely, paparazzi influenced death of Princess Diana, and yet her presence and public power isn’t so far from memory. Much like Stephen Frear’s The Queen, one can’t help feeling uncomfortable about the timing of this regal biopic, though a better time is hard to foresee.
