This weekend, we get to find out which Snow White movie is the fairer one between Mirror Mirror and Snow White and the Huntsman (SWATH). The former is a comedic take on the classic fairy tale, with Julia Roberts starring as the evil queen and Lily Collins as Snow White.

The Hunger Games had a monster opening last weekend and set all sorts of records with its $152 million haul over three days. While it had the third biggest opening of all time, behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and The Dark Knight, it sits at the top as the biggest opener for March and as the biggest opener for a non-sequel.

The reviews for “Mirror Mirror” looked pretty good earlier in the week. I think it was 100% at one point, but like “John Carter,” it eventually went to Rotten territory as the film got closer to its opening.
