American Ultra Review The stoner comedy has a long, if not pedigreed, history. The unsuspecting super-agent espionage film has been done before as well. So, in this day of mash-ups and remixing, why not put the two genres together? American Ultra may be the answer to that question. In fact, a mash-up of stoner comedy and unsuspecting super-agent is a perfect description of this Max Landis written, Nima Nourizadeh directed film. Jesse Eisenberg is Mike Howell, a stoner who doesn't realize that he's actually a castoff from a secret government program.

Daniel Radcliffe was at San Diego Comic-Con presenting his new film Horns, in which he plays a murder suspect who grows horns, out this Halloween. Opening next October, Radcliffe plays Igor to James McAvoy's Victor Frankenstein in a film written by Max Landis and directed by Paul McGuigan. At the Horns press conference, Radcliffe revealed that his Frankenstein movie may not be a horror film at all.

Frankenstein retitled Victor Frankenstein with first synopsis revealed The formally titled FRANKENSTEIN directed by Paul McGuigan (PUSH) will now be titled VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN and Twentieth Century Fox has pushed the release date to October of 2015 instead of January.
