'Star Wars: Episode VII' Resumes Production
6:31 PM 8/28/2014 by Jeff Giles
Even before Harrison Ford accidentally shut down production on Star Wars: Episode VII by getting his leg crushed on the Millennium Falcon, speculation ran rampant regarding director J.J. Abrams' rumored reluctance to meet or agree to Disney's demands for a December 2015 release date. Once Ford was laid up for weeks, many wondered whether the studio might be forced to bump the highly anticipated follow-up to 1983's Return of the Jedi.

While the rest of us are doing backflips over J.J. Abrams' decision to heavily incorporate real sets rather than relying totally on CGI for Star Wars: Episode VII, Harrison Ford is laid up in a hospital bed, reportedly because the Millennium Falcon has a really heavy door.
