It won't be out until November, but The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is one of the most highly anticipated sequels of the year, so Lionsgate isn't wasting any time whetting audiences' appetites with trailers. To that end, the studio opted to release its first Catching Fire clip last night (April 14) during the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, ensuring plenty of film fans' eyeballs would be trained to the tube when Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) embarked on the victory tour they earned after emerging victorious in The Hunger Games.

Why 'The Dictator' failed to conquer the Arab world

The Dictator – It wasn't just scatological humour and close-to-the-bone politics that sank Sacha Baron Cohen's satire's chances of a Middle East release, but its cliched view of Arab cultureEgypt got a sneak preview of The Dictator as Ramadan finished back in 2009. Okay, not that Dictator: it wasn't Sacha Baron Cohen's zany, Assyrian-bearded Gaddafi duck, but a leathery tyrant played by veteran actor Hassan Hosny with a passing resemblance to a certain shortly to-be-ousted Egyptian leader. 5 years 44 weeks ago via theothersenhman

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

Posted January 18th, 2012 by Binh Ngo

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
