The folks at Disney must be happy with director James Bobin's work on the upcoming The Muppets...Again!, because according to Variety, they're getting ready to hand him the keys to another sequel.

When a movie makes over $1 billion at the global box office, a sequel is not only probable, but is expected. The surprise here is how long it took to get things going. The movie in question here is Disney's 2010 live-action/CGI movie Alice in Wonderland. Directed by Tim Burton, the movie stars Mia Wasikowska as Alice and Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter.
