Joss Whedon News

‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Easter Eggs, Trivia & Comic References By now Marvel movie fans have come to expect not only a worthwhile adventure from the studio’s superhero films, but a significant dose of comic book nods, references to the decades of Marvel history, as well as teases and hints of what’s still to come. Promising to bring a longstanding Avengers foe to the big screen in The Avengers: Age of Ultron, writer/director Joss Whedon did not disappoint.Needless to say, there will be SPOILERS in our list of Avengers: Age of Ultron trivia, so read at your own risk.

Expect Plenty Of Deleted Scenes When AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Hits Blu-ray When the first Avengers movie arrived on home release it came with some brilliant deleted content, including a couple of extra scenes with Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner and Harry Dean Stanton's security guard which I really wish had remained in the theatrical release of the film. Well, it sounds like we can expect plenty more of the same when its sequel hits Blu-ray and DVD. Flicks and The City asked directer Joss Whedon about it in this video interview, and he revealed that there'll be a lot of deleted scenes for us to look forward to.

Final 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' trailer focuses how indispensable Black Widow is We're less than a month away from "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and Joss Whedon would like you to know the men would be lost without Black Widow.http://www.hitfix.com/blogs/harpy

After ‘Avengers 2′, Joss Whedon Wants To ‘Create a New Universe’ It seems like just yesterday that the success of The Avengers led to writer/director Joss Whedon signing on to not only take charge on The Avengers: Age of Ultron, but help in crafting the rest of Marvel’s shared universe. That ultimately meant turning his TV collaborators to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

10 Characters Who Have to Appear in ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Marvel Although the full plot of Joss Whedon‘s The Avengers: Age of Ultron has been kept quite torturously under wraps, that hasn’t stopped us from learning perhaps a bit more than Marvel and company would like us hear — like that Thor star Idris Elba will be appearing in a small scene in the upcoming film.

Vision
We know that Ultron, the main baddie in Marvel's upcoming The Avengers: Age of Ultron, has had his comics origin retrofitted to square more comfortably with the studio's cinematic universe. But what about the Vision, the android created (in the comics, anyway) by Ultron?

Some Avengers: Age Of Ultron Plot Details Come To Light And Seem To Check Out There’s one big problem with Latino Review’s account of “the first 15-20 minutes” of Avengers: Age of Ultron and it’s that there’s no way on this green Earth Joss Whedon would take a full fifteen minutes to get through such a meagre amount of material. By the sixteen minute mark of his last film – which includes over a minute of opening titles – we’re in India, meeting Bruce Banner. According to the story, anyway, Ultron will open with an action scene, as did The Avengers.

Edgar Wright, James Gunn and Joss Whedon Respond To ‘Ant-Man’ Departure

Wright felt the need the step way from the project at the very last minute, after more than a decade of being involved, and it’s simply because he wasn’t allowed to make the movie he wanted to make. 1 year 9 weeks ago via jetli
