Because Cars and Cars 2 weren't enough, Disney's going back to the anthropomorphic well this summer for Planes, starring Dane Cook as the voice of a talking crop duster named...Dusty. Really, do we need to keep going from here? We do? Sigh.

From above the world of "Cars" comes "Disney's Planes," an action-packed 3D animated comedy adventure featuring Dusty (voice of Dane Cook), a plane with dreams of competing as a high-flying air racer. But Dusty's not exactly built for racing—and he happens to be afraid of heights. So he turns to a seasoned naval aviator who helps Dusty qualify to take on the defending champ of the race circuit.

For a movie that was originally supposed to go straight to video, Disney's Planes is getting the red carpet treatment -- not only will it soar into theaters on August 9 instead of heading directly to stores, but this Cars spinoff is also loaded up with an interesting cast.

Based on a script by Terry Jones and Gavin Scott, "Absolutely Anything" is about a group of aliens (voiced by the Monty Python members) who endowed a human with powers to do anything he wants. All just to see what a mess he will make of things. Robin Williams will voice a dog named Dennis.
