Renny Harlin has been tapped to direct Jackie Chan and Seann William Scott in the action-comedy Skiptrace, according to Screendaily. Fan Bingbing is also on board for the adventure. In Skiptrace, Chan plays a Hong Kong detective trying to track down a fast-talking gambler (Scott) who can save his niece (Fan) from a local crime lord.
