James Gunn had a very busy 2014 with the release of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ Marvel’s superhero space opera, which went on to become one of the hugest films of the year. But even though Gunn was preoccupied with Marvel business, that didn’t keep him from seeing a lot of great films besides the one he directed, and the director has finally revealed his favorite films of 2014. Unsurprisingly, ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ is one of them.

Given the fact that there have been two team incarnations with various members in the comics, there were several character combinations James Gunn and Marvel could have settled on for Guardians Of The Galaxy -- but it turns out there might have been a couple of additions (replacements?) to the final team if only Marvel held the rights. Bug (aka "Galactic Warrior") began as one of the Micronauts before joining the second GOTG team, and Gunn has mentioned previously that he likes the character a lot.

Thanos, the ultimate Marvel villain, is coming home in the form of a sixth scale collectible action figure from Sideshow Collectibles and Hot Toys. A new poster has been released to show off this exciting piece of memorabilia from Guardians of the Galaxy. We got our first look at the figure last month, when it debuted at the Toy Soul 2014 Expo alongside Hulkbuster and the main characters from Avengers: Age of Ultron. This particular action figure depicts Thanos as he was seen in the blockbuster 2014 release Guardians of the Galaxy, and looks quite lifelike in this latest image.
