In The Pirates! Band of Misfits, Hugh Grant stars in his first animated role as the luxuriantly bearded Pirate Captain - a boundlessly enthusiastic, if somewhat less-than-successful, terror of the High Seas. Ahoy, mateys! A fantastic new first look at Aardman Animations upcoming movie The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists has been unveiled on HeyUGuys along with a press release announcing voice cast and more details. Aardman is the company behind Wallace & Gromit and Flushed Away and is working with Sony Pictures Animation this time for The Pirates!, a stop-motion 3D animated film based on Gideon Defoe's books.
