Nate Parker's The Birth of a Nation has been the talk of the 2016 Sundance Film Festival over the past week, from its premiere on January 25 to its record-breaking sale to Fox Searchlight for $17.5 million. We may very well be looking at an early Oscar contender for next year's awards, as Parker's telling of Nat Turner's slave rebellion has left a huge impression on critics and audiences at the festival.

Original star Oliver Robins will presentAny number of famous horror movies are supposed to have had a curse that plagued their cast and crew both during the shoot and subsequently. The Exorcist is one; Poltergeist is another. And the latter is now set to be the subject of a documentary. Producer and director Adam Ripp is putting together The Curse Of Poltergeist, taking the life and experiences of actor Oliver Robins as its starting point and main focus.What's the supposed curse? A number of deaths, basically.

This isn't just a few pissed off spirits...The first trailer for the new take on Poltergeist arrived back in February, offering the first proper look at the new family being bothered by some pesky supernatural troublemakers. Here’s the latest promo, which brings some new footage.This time around, the focus is on the Bowen family, dad Eric (Sam Rockwell), mum Amy (Rosemarie DeWitt) and kids Kendra (Saxon Sharbino), Griffin (Kyle Catlett) and Madison (Kennedi Clements), the latter of whom becomes the main focus of supernatural attention.
