Based on H.P. Lovecraft's novel, "At the Mountains Of Madness" is a horror movie about a discovery at the South Pole during the 1930s which hinted that humans may have been created by species from another planet. The legacy they've left behind may endanger the entire human race. Guillermo del Toro was attached to direct the movie with Tom Cruise starring, however, word is that the potential R rating and the $150 million price tag scared Universal from green lighting the movie.
