The iPhone might have sealed Steve Jobs' place in history alongside Edison, but director Joshua Michael Stern (Swing Vote) begins Jobs, his biopic on the Apple Computers visionary, with Jobs' introducing the iPod. In a press conference after a screening of the film in San Francisco’s Century 9 Theater, Stern said his goal was to make an origin story.

New Image Of 'A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III'; Dermot Mulroney & Stephen Dorff Will Cameo – Renaissance man Roman Coppola hasn't directed a feature-length movie since the highly underrated "CQ" in 2001, so it's with eager anticipation we look forward to his latest, "A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III." The director may not have helmed a feature in 11 years, but he's been busy, producing his sister Sofia Coppola's "Somewhere," co-writing Wes Anderson's "Moonrise Kingdom" and "The Darjeeling Limited" and shooting second-unit photography for both these filmmaker and his father Francis Ford Coppola (not to mention shooting tons of great music videos in the interim too). 9 years 4 weeks ago via theothersenhman

New Promo Trailer and Poster for STOKER Draws a Captivating Portrait – One of my most anticipated films of next spring is Park Chan-Wook's Stoker. The film centers on a young girl (Mia Wasikowska) who encounters her mysterious uncle (Matthew Goode) while mourning the death of her father (Dermot Mulroney). The promo trailer shows the creation of the eye-catching first poster, and is set to the song "Becomes The Color" by Emily Wells, which will play over the film's closing credits. 9 years 5 weeks ago via donnieyen

After India's (Wasikowska's) father dies in an auto accident, her Uncle Charlie (Goode), who she never knew existed, comes to live with her and her emotionally unstable mother Evelyn (Kidman). Soon after his arrival, she comes to suspect this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives, but instead of feeling outrage or horror, this friendless girl becomes increasingly infatuated with him.

First Footage From Stoker, Chan-Wook Park's Creepy American Movie

Stoker – The script for Stoker was written by Prison Break star Wentworth Miller under a pseudonym, made the Black List, was passed around hot-shot directors and ended up getting filmed by Chan-Wook Park, director of Oldboy and Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance. That’s a pretty exciting journey for a screenplay to go on.
