No matter how he's presented, James Spader as the titular murderous robot in Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron seems like brilliant casting -- as he's currently proving in his NBC series The Blacklist, Spader excels at playing queerly creepy, dispassionate bad guys, and his villainous vibe should be perfect for the voice of the frighteningly powerful Avengers adversary.

Abrams. So while we wait to see an honest-to-gosh trailer, we can count on gobbling up a few morsels of information about the hotly anticipated Avengers sequel between now and 2015 -- such as the tidbits recently dropped by Whedon and James "Ultron" Spader.
