Jack the Giant Slayer
Last week’s new releases did relatively well at the box office this weekend—they at least made it to the top spots on the charts, which is more than can be said for some of the groups of releases of previous weeks. Of the new releases, Jack the Giant Slayer fared the best at the theaters, making a sum of just over $28 million.

21 and Over is another middle class “adventure” about hard drinking friends who get in over their heads; this time the characters act like college kids because they are. It’s JeffChang’s 21st birthday and his high school friends are determined to get into trouble. Miller (Miles Teller) and Casey (Skylar Astin) traveled from their respective colleges to find JeffChang (Justin Chon) at Northern—a Stanford surrogate—where he’s staring down the barrel of the most important interview of his med-school career.

'21 And Over' Will Feature Radically Different Bookends Shot Specifically For Chinese Theaters

21 and Over
fb.indiewire.com – In the upcoming college comedy "21 And Over," a pair of American college buddies take their Chinese friend Jeff Chang out for a night on the town for his 21st birthday. Hijinks ensue, endangering Chang's career-making medical school interview the very next morning. All things considered, the film, from "The Hangover" writers Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, is a boys-behaving-badly film where the lessons learned are carried for the rest of their lives, and partying and brotherhood remain paramount.
