Robocop

A remake of the 1987 movie of the same name, "Robocop" is about a terminally wounded police officer whose only shot at life is to be turned into a cyborg.

MGM has offered the lead role to Joel Kinnaman, which he accepted.

Robocop's visor will be see-through, according to Kinnaman.

Gary Oldman is playing Norton, the scientist who created the cyborg.

"Robocop" stars Abbie Cornish, Gary Oldman, Jackie Earle Haley, Jay Baruchel, Joel Kinnaman, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Michael Kenneth Williams, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Directed by Jose Padilha.
