What's Popping: 'Prometheus' trailer, 'Iron Man 3', 'Sin City 2', '24', 'Jurassic Park 3D'

Prometheus

A new Prometheus trailer is supposed to drop on March 17th, but before that, there are two new teasers for you to check out. The first teaser came out on the 12th and it has some new footage in it. Now, the second one may or may not be the same trailer that's supposed to show up today, but here it is.

This summer Iron Man will band together with a couple of other super-powered humans to save the world from the Norse god Loki in The Avengers. After that, he'll return for his own adventures in Iron Man 3. What will happen in that movie? Latino Review supposedly knows...

When Sin City was released back in 2005, it was a modest box office success, making $159 million worldwide on a budget of $40 million. It must not be much of a moneymaker because if it was, the sequel would have been made already, like in the following year. The movie may have finally gone in the black because, according to Robert Rodriguez, Sin City 2 may start production in the summer of this year. He also said Machete 2 will shoot in April as well.

It looks like the 24 movie will not shoot this year. Various reports indicated that the major issue holding the movie back is disagreement over the movie's budget. Fox wants the movie to be made for no more than $30 million. The producers, however, want the budget to be in the $50-$60 million range. Kiefer Sutherland says he still has hope for the movie being made, if not this year, then the next.

If you want to catch Jurassic Park in the theaters again, mark down July 19, 2013 on your calendar because Universal is going to re-release the movie in 3D on that date. It's also possible the other two sequels will be 3D-fied and get a re-released as well. Does this mean the fourth movie is ready to be made?
