What's Popping: 'Peeps: The Movie,' 'Man of Steel' Sequel, 'Jurassic World,' 'Captain America 3,' and Steve Jobs Biopic

Peeps, the ubiquitous chick-shaped marshmallow treats that show up on store shelves during Easter, is coming to a theater near you courtesy of Detroit Rock City helmer Adam Rifkin. He reportedly got the idea for the movie by watching his niece and nephew construct a diorama out of these marshmallow treats for a school project.

Warner Bros.' untitled Man of Steel sequel has added Ray Fisher to the cast. He will play Cyborg, the half-man, half-machine member of the Justice League.

When Universal started up the Jurassic Park franchise again with Jurassic World, we knew there will be more to come. They're already talking about the sequels.

Even Disney studio chief Alan Horn has admitted that opening Captain America 3 on the same day as Warner Bros.' untitled Man of Steel sequel is something the studio is "struggling with." Now if only there’s something to give one of the studios an excuse to move their movie to another date.

Sony wants Danny Boyle to direct its Steve Jobs biopic after talks with David Fincher fell through, and Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the candidates to play Jobs.
