What's Popping: 'Justice League', 'Warcraft', 'Sin City 2', 'Captain America 2', 'Entourage'

Justice League

After announcing that the Justice League movie will come out sometime in 2015, we're pretty certain that Warner Bros is forging ahead with the long-gestating movie. Not so. It appears the studio is getting some cold feet and will wait on the Man of Steel's box office result to make a determination on whether or not to go ahead with Justice League.

The Warcraft movie was presumed dead when Sam Raimi left the project for Oz: the Great and Powerful last summer, but not only is it not dead, it has a new director in Source Code's Duncan Jones and a fall start date. If all goes well, the movie adaptation of the video game will be out in theaters sometime in 2015.

Robert Rodriguez may not be able to get Angelina Jolie for the Eva Lord character Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, but he's able to get someone Angelina Jolie-like: Eva Green, best known for her role as Vesper Lynd in the James Bond movie Casino Royale. The Eva Lord character is described as every man's most glorious dreams come true ... as well as every man's darkest nightmares.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier has found its leading lady. She'll be played by Emily VanCamp, the star of ABC's TV series Revenge. As for who she'll be playing, it's been speculated that she'll most likely play the role of Sharon Carter, the niece of Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter. The movie is looking to shoot this April.

The Entourage movie has been given the green light, and Warner Bros is trying to corral the cast together for the big screen adaptation. Entourage ended its run on HBO in 2011, but the movie will take place six months after the events in the series' finale.
