Dan Aykroyd continues to hold out hope for Ghostbusters 3, but there's word now that Sony may have given up on the movie and will instead go with a reboot. The studio is reportedly courting Paul Feig to direct and produce this redo.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was originally scheduled for May 6, 2016, but Warner Bros. has decided to move it to March 25, 2016 and away from a standoff with Captain America 3.

According to producer Fredrik Malmberg, The Legend of Conan, the movie where the muscled barbarian is older and wiser, may go into production as soon as early 2015 if the script is ready by then.

Sony may have delayed the next Spider-Man, but it's planning to buff up its slate with a female-led superhero movie. Also, the Venom movie will reportedly include Carnage.

The ExpendaBelles, an all-female spinoff of The Expendables, is another movie that may go into production next year. Sylvester Stallone is reportedly eyeing Sigourney Weaver to headline.
