'We're the Millers' Gets a Sequel

The Millers' blissful life in the witness protection program is not going to last for they are coming back for the sequel, which isn't surprising since We're the Millers made seven times the production budget at the box office.
We're the Millers was made for $37 million, but became a surprise hit for New Line Cinema when it hauled in more than $269 million at the global box office. Not letting the opportunity go to waste, the studio has set Due Date's Adam Sztykiel to write the sequel.
In the first movie, Jason Sudeikis plays a drug dealer who assembles a makeshift family to help him transport two tons of marijuana across the Mexican border back to the United States. At the end of the movie, the "family" is put into the witness protection program pending the trial of the drug lord Brad Gurdlinger.
Plot details for We're the Millers 2 are not revealed, but with Sudeikis, Jennifer Aniston, Will Poulter and Emma Roberts expected back to reprise their roles, picking off where the first movie left off is a distinct possibility.
Rawson Marshall Thurber is expected back to direct, and he may get a larger budget to work with this time.
