Weekend Box Office Report: 'Ender's Game' Rules All

This weekend's box office results came out pretty much exactly as they were predicted; it was an entirely unsurprising in terms of everyone's earnings, so let's just get to it, shall we?
Ender's Game sits at the top of the charts with earnings of $28 million, just a hair above Friday's projected earnings. It was followed by Bad Grandpa, which earned another $20.5 million for a total of $62 million.
After that came Last Vegas, which once earned just a little above its predicted revenues at $16.5 million. The only result that vaguely resembles something unexpected is that Last Vegas was followed rather closely by this weekend's final new release, Free Birds, which earned $16.2 million.
And finally, we have Gravity, which continues to cling to the higher levels of the charts with weekend revenues of $13.1 million, and a colossal cumulative total of $219.1 million.
