Two New 'Monsters University' Stills Posted

College. With monsters!

Film fans love Pixar, and they love complaining about sequels, prequels, and reboots -- so it's with a mixture of anticipation and dread that we view the oncoming Monsters University, a prequel to Monsters, Inc. that will take viewers back to Mike (Billy Crystal) and Sully (John Goodman)'s college years.

We've still got basically half a year left to wait for the new Monsters to arrive in theaters on June 21, 2013, but Pixar wants to make sure our appetites stay primed, so it's released a pair of new stills from the film: A shot of Sully hoisting Mike over his furry shoulders during what looks like a party, and a picture of a wide-eyed Mike showing up to school with a pair of suitcases and a giant backpack.

You can take a look at our complete Monsters University photo gallery here -- and we're sure it'll expand quite a bit over the coming months. In the meantime, we'll be over here hoping that Monsters University ends up being more like Toy Story 2 than Cars 2. Fingers crossed...
