According to The Hollywood Reporter (via Slashfilm), the third Hobbit movie will take the title of the second movie, which is The Hobbit: There and Back Again, while the second movie is retitled to The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. New Line has also set the third movie for release on July 18, 2014.
