New 'After Earth' Trailer Lands

After Earth

The second trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's sci-fi action-adventure is here. After Earth stars Will Smith and his son Jaden as military personnel who crashed landed on Earth. Check it out below.

From the trailers, we're going to be spending a lot of time watching the younger Smith run away from CGI creatures since the elder Smith is incapacitated and must remain behind in the safety of their spaceship.

And if the Earth's animal species are not scary enough, there's an unstoppable alien creature that's hunting the younger Smith as well.

The movie was made for an estimated $130 million, so it needs to make over $300 million at the global box office for it to be considered a success. The father and son pairing has a pretty good record so far, so the odds are good.

After Earth will hit theaters on June 7.
