Lea Seydoux Reportedly Cast as Femme Fatale in 'Bond 24'

Bond 24 might have gotten its femme fatale. According to The Daily Mail, Blue Is The Warmest Color's actress Lea Seydoux has been given the role and "will undergo a series of costume, make-up and camera tests" to determine her look.
The producers were originally looking for a Scandinavian actress to play the "30-40 year-old, attractive, sophisticated, cool and calm secret agent," but it seems like the actress' nationality is not that big a deal.
The French actress was first rumored for a role in the new Bond back in August and that her role might be that of the double agent Miranda Frost, which was originally played by Rosamund Pike in 2002's Die Another Day, so we'll see how things shake out.
Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, and Rory Kinnear are all returning to reprise their roles, with Sam Mendes directing. Production is set for early December.
Bond 24 will be in theaters on October 23, 2015 in the U.K. and on November 6, 2015 in the U.S.
