Katee Sackhoff Boards All-Female Expendables Movie

Katee Sackhoff

There's an all-female Expendables-inspired movie in the works thanks to a production company called 1984 Private Defense Contractors headed by producer Adi Shankar.

The movie already cast Gina Carano in the lead role, and, now, they've added Katee Sackhoff to the cast as well.

“If you spend five minutes with Katee it becomes blatantly obvious that she would pwn (sic) most male action stars,” Shankar told Variety.

We don't know how large this team of female Expendables will be but like its male counterpart, the story will focus on two or three characters, with the rest in the supporting roles.

The script for the movie is written by Dutch Southern, but as of yet, no director has been announced.

Can it be good? There's always a possibility. Will it? I'm not holding my breath.
