'Fifty Shades of Grey' Trailer: Grey Has Never Looked So Boring

Fifty Shades of Grey

Given the source material, a lot of ink has been spilled writing about the big screen adaptation of the first installment in E.L. James' Fifty Shades trilogy. The first trailer for Fifty Shades of Grey is finally here. Check it out below.

Let's hope there's more to the movie because this trailer is totally underwhelming and decidedly lacking in "heat."

Starring Jamie Dornan as billionaires Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as college student Anastasia Steele, Fifty Shades is centered on these two characters as their relationship evolved and deepened, which sounds like your typical romance movie except for the BDSM part.

Fifty Shades of Grey is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and will be out in theaters on February 13, 2015.
