Bill Murray, Christopher Walken, and Giancarlo Esposito Join Disney's 'The Jungle Book'

Update: Bill Murray will voice the bear Baloo.

Christopher Walken and Giancarlo Esposito have been added to the cast of Disney's live-action adaptation of The Jungle Book, the studio has announced Monday.

Walken will voice the King Louie, the leader of a group of monkeys and apes and Esposito will voice Akela, the head of a pack of wolves.

Neel Sethi is playing the human child Mowgli and will be the only actor to appear in the movie; the others are all animated.

Others in the cast include Ben Kingsley as Bagheera, Idris Elba as Shere Khan, Scarlett Johansson as Kaa, and Lupita Nyong'o as Raksha.

The Jungle Book is directed by Jon Favreau and will be in theaters on October 9, 2015.
