By most accounts, James Cameron’s Titanic is a modern classic. The second-highest-grossing film of all time holds 11 Oscar wins, solidified the careers of two of our most versatile actors (in Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet), and helped change the way Hollywood viewed the historical epic … a genre that was floundering until Cameron gambled on the story of the Titanic, and won big. As you all know, Titanic sailed back into theaters this week, giving audiences the opportunity to catch up with star-crossed lovers Rose and Jack after a 15-year absence.
