Next Issue Media, a joint venture among several big publishing houses, was released Tuesday as an iPad app, bringing its 39 magazine titles to the market-leading tablet. The service, which launched three months ago on Android, allows users to pay a flat monthly fee for access to publications that include Vanity Fair, The New Yorker and Esquire.
