deadline.com Mark Burnett has put his weight behind what backers are calling the nation’s first social TV network, Youtoo TV, which allows viewers to record and submit videos that are then filtered for content and broadcast on TV. The venture joins Burnett’s company Video In My Back Yard and CEO Chris Wyatt’s Youtoo. Each program on the network will be wrapped around a TV or Web series, creating interactive content in which the host discusses the episode and invites viewers to be on television; Youtoo will start by putting 500 people on TV each day via videos called Fame Spots that can be uploaded via smartphone, tablet or PC.
