deadline.com – BREAKING…The Sacha Gervasi-directed Hitchcock is set for a limited platform release on November 23, 2012. Based on Stephen Rebello’s book Alfred Hitchcock And The Making Of Psycho, the film is a love story about the filmmaker and his wife Alma Reville. Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren, Scarlett Johansson and Danny Huston star along with Toni Collette, Jessica Biel, Michael Stuhlbarg, James D’Arcy, Michael Wincott, Richard Portnow, and Kurtwood Smith. Hitchcock Synopsis and Credits

He was born Alfred Joseph Hitchcock. His father was a green grocer called William Hitchcock (1862-1914); his mother was Emma Jane Whelan (1863-1942), and he had two older siblings, William Hitchcock (born 1890) and Eileen Hitchcock (born1892). He grew up in a very strict Roman Catholic family.

"Hitchcock" stars Anthony Hopkins, Danny Huston, Helen Mirren, James D'Arcy, Jessica Biel, Michael Stuhlbarg, Michael Wincott, Scarlett Johansson, Toni Collette, and Wallace Langham.
